1. To swifty identify children who require intervention in order to meet expected standards.
  2. To establish a consistent approach to the teaching and assessment of the curriculum in order to raise attainment at Kingsfield.
  3. For ALL leaders to expertly monitor teaching, learning, assessment and safeguarding to effectively support staff to improve.
  4. To develop the ethos of the school to ensure that the children's personal development, behaviour and wellbeing as a positive effect on themselves and others.
  5. To improve transition between Pre-school and Reception classes and to ensure that the teaching of reading is consistent across the settings, leading to good levels of development.
